Active monsoon conditions are expected in Sindh, Southern and Eastern Balochistan, and Southern Punjab. Thunderstorm rain (isolated heavy) is likely in Southern Punjab, Sindh, South, and Eastern Balochistan during the next 24 hours.

Punjab & Islamabad

Fairly widespread rain thunderstorms (isolated heavy rain) are possible in DG Khan, Multan, Bahawalpur, Sahiwal, and Lahore Divisions during the next 24 hours; while scattered rain thunderstorms are likely in Sargodha, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, and Gujranwala divisions during the same period.

KPK

Scattered rain thunderstorms are likely in Peshawar, Mardan, Malakand, Hazara, Kohat, Bannu, and Dera Ismail Khan Divisions during the next 24 hours in the province.

Sindh

Fairly widespread thunderstorm rain (isolated heavy) is likely in Karachi, Hyderabad, Mirpurkhas, Larkana, Shaheed Benazerabad, and Sukkur divisions during the next 24 hours.

Balochistan

Fairly widespread rain thunderstorms (isolated heavy rain) are likely in Zhob, Loralai, Sibbi, Naseerabad, Kalat, and Makran divisions during the next 24 hours. Scattered places in Quetta and Rakhshan divisions may experience thunderstorm rain during the same period.

Kashmir

Scattered thunderstorm rain (isolated heavy) is likely in Kashmir, including Muzzaffarabad, Rawalakot, Kotli, Mirpur, and Jammu divisions during the next 24 hours.

 

Gilgit Baltistan

Scattered showers/thunderstorms are possible in all valleys of GB, including Gilgit, Skardu, and Hunza Valley during the next 24 hours.

Alert: Due to heavy rains, isolated very heavy rains during the next 24 hours in Eastern, Southern Balochistan, Lower Sindh, and Southern Punjab flash floods are possible in major urban centers of the country including Karachi, Hyderabad, Lahore, and Multan. Flash floods are also possible in local rivers and streams in mountainous regions of Balochistan. Stay vigilant.
